Learn To Invest Money

This is my first published article in the magazine. So what is it about? I’ve shared “All the Excitement about Land Banking in Malaysia” at here. Believe it or not, Land Banking is fast becoming the popular option for investors seeking alternative investments. Land banking products (Especially Canada) will grow in importance and eventually be a mainstream product in Asia. Banks, financial institutions, and financial advisers will start to include Land Banking as their alternative investment products.

I still remembered back in 2008, when I just involved in the Land Banking Business. We used to conduct presentation at our small office. At that time we were still very new, when we promoting it, a lot of people were not confident in us. People were skeptical about this; some even said the business will not last long, gave a lot of negative comments. I learned a very useful lesson from here, that is, “No matter what you do in life, there will be people comment this and that… You’ve to accpet what people said, don’t put into your heart & move FORWARD!”

I would also like to quote my leader, he gave a very useful advice to me this morning: “There is opportunity in every crisis – only must analyse how to benefit from it .. and enjoy it .. live with passion. do not run away from problems .. to find another problem. there is opportunity every where if you only manage to stay and focus.”

OK CONTINUE MY STORY - Then later we started to conduct seminars in Hotel, exhibition in property fair, educate people about Land Banking investment. People then slowly start to recognize/notice us. Our customer base also grow from time to time. I’ve also personally invested my time, energy, and money to Canada to understand more about the company, the executives I’m doing business with, and the projects we’re offering. Then finally we were officially launched in Malaysia – We have reporters, deputy foreign minister, media, and photographers attended our event. Our event become more and more professional. We also have tie-up with Grandtag A2A which is one of the largest financial institution based in Hong Kong, and together with Sovereign Wealth Management in Malaysia.
